![]() Maybe I'll stand up another instance and play around with it more when I get a few other items in my homelab taken care of. At some point, if Jellyfin is more idiot-proof, I'd love to give it another go. But I hate Plex for privacy and the fact that it's not really self-hosted. Plus eventual logs, i think i need more info for. CWA/UserLibrary is where the desired calibre library should be mounted, and /CWA/Persistent is where the django db will be generated/stored. It supports almost all types of e-book formats including epub. - email id & phone of top management contacts like Founder, CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO, Marketing or HR or Finance head & all. build with this while being in the root folder of the repo. CALIBRE WEB ALTERNATIVE SOFTWAREI know it sounds ignorant, but I just don't have much of a passion for digging into codecs and figuring out what the animes I downloaded ages ago are encoded with. Calibre is an excellent open source software for managing e-books. Did a bunch of Internet digging and could only find the odd snippet about 'if your show is encoded this, you have to do some other thing with a codec, yadda yadda yadda'. This Dockerfile provides the janeczku/calibre-web image based on CentOS 7, Supervisord, Gunicorn and Nginx reverse proxy. It was a bit of hassle getting the audio correct, but no matter what combination of settings I tried, the subs were just missing. Please see here for links to alternative Docker images for Calibre Web. But I just couldn't get Jellyfin to show the subtitles. They have built in subs, and on Plex, I can go episode by episode (kind of annoying) and select Japanese audio, English subtitles. This is going to be super vague because I'm honestly not much of mediaphile and don't really understand how all the encoding works, but I have a small collection of animes I'd like to watch. Alternatives to calibre-web So I am trying calibre-web for a small library of books for children, but i found a few small problems: When I try and use the built in epub reader, the book itself is very small. Off topic, but I really want to love Jellyfin, but I just can't get it to work right with subtitles. ![]()
